Return & Refund Policy
Our products are original designs produced in small quantities. Due to the limited availability of our products and the high cost of international shipping, we have a limited return policy.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order.
After the 1-hour cancellation period, orders can no longer be cancelled.
Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges after an order has been shipped.
Returns are not accepted due to a change of mind, incorrect purchase, or simply no longer wanting the item.
Please carefully review the product description, photos, dimensions, and shipping information before placing your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We carefully inspect and package every order before shipping.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.
Please keep the original packaging and the item until the issue has been resolved.
Lost Packages
If your package is lost during transit, please contact us with your order number and tracking information. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure that your shipping address and contact information are correct before completing your purchase.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the shipping carrier needs to change the address, redirect the package, or make another delivery attempt, any additional fees charged by the carrier will be the customer's responsibility.
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will also be responsible for any additional shipping costs if they wish to have the package sent again.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow additional processing time for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.
